How long will it take to receive my order?

Most print orders are delivered within 3 weeks. During the months of August-November, turnaround time may be up to 4 weeks.

Can I see the picture before I order?

Absolutely! Proofs are posted at the same time that pre-paid orders are delivered to school, so you may view and order about three weeks after picture day if you wish. Please note that these orders are processed on an individual basis throughout the year, and as such are priced slightly higher and require shipping. If you’re looking for savings, it’s best to take advantage of the group rate and order on or before picture day.

I have kids at different schools, how do I order?

What if I don’t like my picture?

We want you to be happy, so we offer retakes or 100% refund if you wish to return your package.
